Exam Resources

To receive exam fee reimbursement, you will need to submit the following:

• Proof of Passing — If you took a computer-based exam (CBT), you should be able to print a Provisional Pass Certificate immediately after the exam if you pass. This certificate is sufficient documentation; you do not need to wait for the official numerical (6 - 10) grade report.
• Proof of Exam Fee Payment — When you register for an exam, the Society of Actuaries (SOA) sends you "Order Confirmation". This document has 2 pages. The simplest thing to do is to create a pdf document of this 2-page confirmation letter. The second page has all the info that we need to verify the method of payment. Another alternative is to create a pdf document of just the 2nd page of the confirmation letter. Many of you submit only a portion of the second page. The Math Department and Office of Finance want to see the entire 2nd page, especially the method of payment (mostly by credit card).
